(Mu'amin) 40 : 60

And your Lord says: You invoke Me, I will answer to you, indeed those who are arrogant in serving Me, they will be entered into Hell submissively.

Whoever knows to say “Allah,” but doesn’t accept Him as the single Deity and doesn’t pray to Him alone with their soul, will not become a believer, will not have their prayers answered, and will not enter Paradise. Since the prayer of the Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar is without the participation of the soul, it is nothing but astray, as told in verses 13: 14 and 40: 50. The scene of quarreling, cursing, and blaming the arrogant hypocrites and their blind followers in Hell is explained in verses 2: 165-167. See explanation 2: 186; 9: 28; 13: 18.
